Jonathan Thompson - Board President
Greenbrae, CA

Jonathan Thompson started his career in the humanitarian field in 2001 when he served as Logistician for Medecins Sans Frontieres during their emergency response to a meningitis epidemic in northern Ethiopia. The following year he took the position of Log/Admin, again with MSF, at the world's largest Sleeping Sickness treatment center in South Sudan. Since then he has served as a Logistics in Officer in Kuwait/Iraq, Emergency Response Coordinator in Chad, Logistics Officer in Liberia and Site Supervisor during the 2005 Tsunami response in Medan, Indonesia. The last four postings were all with International Medical Corps. Most recently he held the post of Logistics Officer for International Medical Corps in Santa Monica, CA where he had the responsibility of overseeing headquarters Logistics operations.

Jonathan received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy at St. John's College in Santa Fe, NM and has worked and traveled extensively throughout Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. He is a husband and father and lives with his family in Santa Monica, CA.

John M. Schoellerman - Board Treasurer
San Francisco, CA

Mr. Schoellerman's current position is Associate in the Technology, Media & Telecom group at J.P . Morgan. He previously worked as Director of Corporate Development at InPro Biotechnology, Director of Business Development at Command Audio Corp., and Financial Analyst at Hambrecht & Quist, a boutique investment bank focused on emerging growth companies.
He received his B.A. from Harvard in 1996 and M.B.A. from INSEAD in 2005.

Zuzana S. Ikels - Board Secretary
San Francisco, CA

Mrs. Ikels is an attorney at Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass, LLP in San Francisco, California. She focuses her practice on intellectual
property matters and complex contract and business disputes. She has represented clients in areas such as patent and copyright
infringement, business torts, and contract and commercial disputes, in both state and federal courts.
Mrs. Ikels graduated with a BA in Philosophy, with honors, from St. John 's College in 1996. She earned her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 2000.

Adam Boucher
Phoenix, AZ

Adam Boucher is an accomplished documentary Producer, Director and Entrepreneur. His multilingual skills and appreciation and respect for other cultures have extended into many projects. Philanthropy TV ( www.philanthropy.tv ) was founded when Adam saw how the stories he captured could reach a global audience through the Internet. Rooted in compassion, Philanthropy TV is dedicated to harnessing the power of entertainment to inspire and engage individuals while communicating a message designed to improve the lives of everyone involved.
Currently Adam is a licensed Real Estate agent in Arizona specializing in investment properties; Multi-Family, Pre-Foreclosure and portfolio analysis.

Susan MacGregor
Toronto, Canada

Susan MacGregor is currently the VP for Support Services for Air Serv International. She has worked for Air Serv for 10 years in positions ranging from Finance Manager and Country Director to Emergency Response Director and Executive Director of Air Serv Canada. Susan has worked and lived in: Liberia, South Korea, Mozambique, South Africa, Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, Jordan, Iraq, Indonesia, Angola, Sudan and Ethiopia usually during emergency situations.

Paul Currion
South Croydon, United Kingdom

Paul Currion runs a consultancy specialising in information management for humanitarian operations. He is currently carrying out an assessment for the Interagency Working Group (CARE, CatholicRelief Services, International Rescue Committee, Mercy Corps, Oxfam, Save the Children and World Vision) on NGO use of ICT to respond to emergencies. He is working on a range of other projects including research into the use of ICT for peace, developing open source software for disaster response, a GIS data model for humanitarian work, and humanitarian data standards. Previously, Paul was Regional Information Manager for the tsunami response with the World Food Programme, and developed the Humanitarian Information Centre (HICs) concept for the United Nations, working on HICs in Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq and Liberia.

Miroslava Stamboliyska
Santa Monica, CA

Miroslava Stamboliyska started her career in management consulting and finance in the private sector. Over the years, her daily work of advising firms on how to perform better coupled with her passion for improving the lives of orphans in less developed nations, led her to become increasingly interested in international development and in particular the efficacy, sustainability, and efficiency of international aid. In 2005, she joined International Medical Corps (a global humanitarian agency delivering relief and development programs worldwide) as an Operations Officer. Her efforts are currently focused on improving the operational efficiency and administrative structure of the
organization at the headquarters level, which she then hopes will allow for more efficient and effective management of the programs at the field level.
Miroslava holds a BA in Economics and a BA in French from Grinnell College, and an MBA from Stanford University (with a Certificate in Non-Profit Management).
